Why is my computer running so slowly?▼ Usually caused by a nearly full hard drive, too many startup programmes, or an aging drive. A tune-up often sorts it — replacing the hard drive with an SSD can make it feel brand new for a very reasonable cost.
Is it worth repairing or should I buy a new one?▼ If the repair costs less than 50% of a comparable new machine, repair is almost always better value. Slow or non-charging laptops often just need an SSD or battery. I'll always give you an honest answer before charging anything.
Do you offer a no fix, no fee guarantee?▼ Yes — if I can't fix your problem, you don't pay. No diagnostic charge, no call-out fee for failed repairs.
Do you come to my home?▼ Yes — I come to you. Home visits across Willenhall and the West Midlands, usually booked within 24–48 hours. Same-day available for urgent situations.
Can you recover deleted or lost files?▼ In many cases, yes. Data recovery is possible for accidentally deleted files, failed drives and systems that won't boot. I always attempt recovery before any repair that could overwrite data.
